Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order and make a purchase. However, we recommend you to sign up because it’s easier to manage your account which includes saving your payment information, address details and reviewing your order history.

What size should I choose?
We put our detail information and sizing in each individual product pages. You can measure your feet first and choose one that suit your feet.
Can I add an item to my previous order after I submit an order?
Unfortunately you can not. You have to place a new order if you want to purchase other items.

Can I change or cancel my order after being processed?
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order is placed and payment has been made, it generally goes directly into the fullfilment process and can not be cancelled or changed. If you realize you've made a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
Why are my order cancelled?
Maximum payment time for an order is 1x12 hours after an order has been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.
How do I track my order?
Please remember you should confirm your payment through the website after completing the payment. You can sign in and view your order history in your account.
What should I do if I have completed the payment but forgot to confirm and pass the time limit?

How do I know if an item I want is out of stock and back in stock? 
We are very sorry that the item you want is out of stock. When you try to select the size you need, if the item is out of stock, the "add to cart" button will turn "Notify me!”. This will bring you to our sign-in page where you can sign-in or create an account. As soon as we get new stock, we will email to let you know!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payment by bank transfer. We do not accept cash, CODs, checks, and credit card gift cards.
How do I purchase and shipped to overseas?
We are very sorry because for this time being, we can only ship our products across Indonesia only. For more information about shipping click here.
Can I get my order earlier than the estimated delivery time?
For Ready Stock item: Unfortunately you can not. Because we need time to check your payment, do quality control and pack your order. Also it will take 2-5 days within delivery courier service for domestic shipping.
For Pre-Order item: Unfortunately you can not, your item will be delivered within estimated time. We need time to check your payment, time for production, do quality control and pack your order. Also it will take 7-30 days (depends on the batch terms described on every product) within delivery courier service for domestic shipping.
How do I track my shipping and what should I do if the package is over the Estimated Time Arrival?

What do I do if I have receive the item, but there is a problem with the product?
We ensure you with quality control and always check our products before sending to customer. We also understand that when our package arrives and does not meet your expectations, you can contact us and we will try our best to give you our best solution we have. How to care for my footwear?
Here are some steps that we recommend for you:
Put in well aired room, stack your shoes away from light, enormous heat, and dust. Attach silica gel to absorb moisture if you put your shoes inside the box. When traveling, put them in box or wrap each other shoes with clothing items and try to stuff them to retain their shape.
On a daily basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. For more intense clean after rugged activity, use wet towel and air dry. You can clean the upper with leather cleaner or lotion (non whitening) occasionaly, but be careful of the risk of its altered color.
If your shoes get wet after outdoor activity, dry at room temperature and keep away from direct sunlight. Please  keep them away from enormous heat.
