Return & Exchange
We want you to have best experience in shopping online with us. We always ensure customer to have the best service we can provide. To ensure it, we have quality control and always check our products before sending to customer. We also understand that when our package arrives and does not meet your expectations, you can contact us and we will try our best to give you our best solution we have.
TERM & CONDITION
- Beajove receives return & exchange ONLY for SIZE EXCHANGE and MANUFACTORY FAULT. The item should be in still new condition (never used for walking and not dirty) and with our tag still intact.
- Your return & exchange items should be on logistic courier within 7 days since you have received the items. Please kindly notify us first.
- For return & exchange caused by our manufactory fault and shipping handling mistake (eg. wrong item shipped), we will bear all additional shipping fee.
- For other reason caused from no. 4, customer shall bear the additional shipping fee (both shipping from customer to us and from us to customer).
- The item that has been sold is NOT REFUNDABLE, either by bank transfer or other payment. If the exchange item is Out of Stock, you can change to another color or another model.
- Exchange with more expensive items requires customer to pay the difference in price by bank transfer, while exchange with cheaper items will get refund of the difference in price by voucher for next purchases.
- Return & exchange will be processed immediately after we receive the items at our warehouse. Please allow us up to 7 working days to process your return & exchange.
